Privacy Policy

We collect three categories of data:

• Account data. Your email address, workspace name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Meta Ads data. When you connect your Meta account, we read ad creatives, names, IDs, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions), and ad account metadata. We use read-only access — we never create, edit, or pause anything in your account.
• Usage data. Standard logs (IP, browser, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To display your creatives and performance inside Creatiq.
• To run AI tagging on your creatives so you can filter and analyze them.
• To generate creative briefs and recommendations on request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your ad performance data to train third-party foundation models.

Our use of data received from the Meta Marketing API follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access tokens are stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace. You can disconnect at any time from the Meta connection panel on your dashboard, which deletes the stored token immediately.

We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), and AI model providers (Google, OpenAI) for tagging and brief generation. Data sent to AI providers is limited to the fields needed for the requested task and is not retained for training.

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your workspace or disconnect Meta, the corresponding records and tokens are removed within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
